My story...

My journey into the world of holistic health began years ago, when I discovered a food allergy that had been affecting my health and wellness. At the time, I found it quite difficult to access information about holistic, wholesome health and nutrition, as opposed to the bounty of information on fad diets that we see every day. I took this as a sign that this was my calling. I began to educate myself on the world of food, and how it can either be our most vicious poison or our most healing medicine. Eventually, I ended up receiving my certification as a Natural Foods Chef from The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, where I learned health-supportive cooking, detoxification, nutrition, and more.

Following my time at The Natural Gourmet Institute, I entered a very difficult period as I battled autoimmune issues and emotional hardship. Throughout this period, I found myself exploring unconventional methods of healing, and eventually found a way to manage my physical health and heal from my emotional struggles. Through a great deal of self-care and through my diet and nutrition, I healed myself with food, and realized how deeply what we put inside our bodies affects the way we experience the world.

Now, after completing my Masters degree in Psychology, I am more motivated than ever to help those in need. Together, we can work towards a healthy, fulfilled life, no matter what your goals are. Weight loss, increased confidence, happiness, physical and emotional health, and more energy are just some of the many results of my holistic health coaching. All of this can be done without restrictive, miserable diets or “rules,” because at the end of the day, we are all unique. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, to find the strongest, cleanest, happiest, and most balanced version of yourself.

Did You Know...?

Fat does not make you fat! In fact, studies have shown that consuming healthy fats actually aids in weight loss. Sugar, processed foods, and chemical additives do. Whole foods are always the best choice.
